Vipassanā (Pāli) or vipaśyanā in the Buddhist tradition means insight into the true nature of reality. It is often translated as "insight" or "clear-seeing." 

Sumi ink on rice paper, mounted on raw canvas as wooden rod scroll. The image size is 7 by 12 in. The full scroll size is 8.5 by 22 in. Signed with the seal of the artist: "walking in the sky (sky dancer)."
